It was a beautiful morning for the boys and I to get out and stretch our legs Wednesday. Today the Vet will be here to apply the epoxy to their claws. I will tape the boys yoked up before the application walking on the gravel roads to show their sensitivity on their feet. Then after the application, we'll see if there is a difference by building the hoof wall up to protect their feet from the roads. Cross your fingers, if this works then metal ox shoes won't be needed.
When I look at this picture, I am blown away at how mature they look. Breis and Fryer will be 4 years old this coming Monday. Their Birthday is July 29th.
